Embracing change with courage. We are living in very turbulent times, in a world that is constantly shifting. I coach individuals who are exposed to this type of environment, who face challenging changes in their professional lives or who are looking for a new perspective.

Over the years, I have built my career in human resources management, both in Switzerland and in other countries where I spent longer periods of time. I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of organizations—from small companies to well-known global corporations—taking on diverse leadership roles along the way. These experiences gave me responsibility across borders and exposed me to very different cultures and ways of working, which has strongly shaped my professional perspective and the way I collaborate with others.
Time and again, I found myself adapting to new and unfamiliar situations—whether coaching leaders and employees or supporting organizational and operational changes.
Working in such international environments shaped me not only interculturally, but also on a very personal level. What mattered most was the exchange with others and the experience of collaborating and working closely together. Through this, I learned that there is rarely just one right way to approach a challenge or find a solution, but many different paths that can lead to the same goal.
My services are aimed at individuals who are looking for a new perspective, as well as companies looking to support their leaders, teams, or employees.
Founded in 1993, the Institute Knickenberg has been managed by Brigitta Knickenberg in its second generation since 2015. Over time the Institute has evolved – yet one thing remains constant: people are at the center of everything we do.
Although we now operate independently, we continue to support individuals on their personal journeys — whether through personalized learning guidance, holistic support, or career reorientation.
